VEGAN LEATHER

VEGAN LEATHER

Vegan leather, also known as artificial leather is intended to substitute real leather, avoiding the use of animal skin. 4tify’s vegan leather strive to give business with a sustainable and high-quality option without compromising its leather-like finish.

1.BIO-PU

Bio-based PU is developed using bio-derived material of vegetable oils and other bio-renewable sources vegetable products.

It is DMF free & biodegradable. Modification technology and customization of bio-based precursors has help synthesize the bio-PU which can be biodegradable and sustainable.

2. Bio-LEATHER

Using natural material and waste from plant, vegetable, and fruit, with the help of biomass bio-processing of the materials that transformed the organic resources into fibrous leather material that is biodegradable and recyclable.

BIOPOLYMERS

BIOFIBERS

Biofibers are produced by cells of living organisms. They are 100% renewable, meaning that they are produced from natural resources, organic waste or biological material using bio-synthesizing technology of living organisms.

1.PLA/PHBV

PLA/PHBV is one of the fibres of biofiber structure that we have that it is known for its sustainability. The raw materials used are non-polluting and PLA/PHBV are easily compostable. and they are easily to be degraded by microbes.

The left-over of PLA/PHBV can be reused to grow corn, beet or rice cultivation, or to give back PLA/PHBV polymer which can be made into fabric again in a close loop manner, making it a recyclable biofiber.

2. Novelty Biopolymer & Biofibers

Biopolymer and biofibers synthesised using biomass on waste with our novelty approach to create our unique biofibers that will solve not only the waste accumulation problem but help to create sustainable fiber that can be biodegradable and recycled.

RECYCLED MATERIALS

  • RECYCLED POLYESTER

Why recycled polyester? Recycled polyester makes use of existing plastic instead of utilizing new materials to craft the fabric hence manufacturing rPET generates 79% less carbon emissions than producing its virgin counterparts.

  • RECYCLED NYLON

Nylon is from a family of polyamides derived from crude oil by reacting carbon-based chemicals found in coal and petroleum in a high-pressure, heated environment. Recycled make used to existing nylon instead of new material.

  • RECYCLED COTTON

Remains of yarns and fabrics that are discarded in the process of cutting and making products. Post-consumption is much more difficult to classify and reprocess due to the variety of colors involved, the mix of fibers that make up the fabric.

  • RECYCLED PU

Recycled PU is an artificial leather made of thermoplastic polymer. It can be recycled using either mechanical recycling, in which material is reused in its polymer form. Chemical recycling takes materials back to its various chemical constituents.
